I have a B.Sc. in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo and a M.Sc. in Biomechanics from McGill University. I also studied osteopathy, massage therapy and naturopathy.
Weight training and playing sports had such a positive impact on my life that I wanted to share it with others. Seeing my clients improve is extremely fullfilling for me.
I started going to the gym when I was in high school. Initially, I worked out because I wanted to gain muscle. When I started playing sports, I became passionate about how to train for athletic performance. Now, my main goals are to improve my athleticism and prevent injuries.
